Chubb has taken over my lawsuit from Digital with one goal in mind, to settle for the lowest amount possible.   The actions they take to accomplish this are hardly legal.  Acting through Digital Realty, they likely call the shots on strategy even though they are not technically a defendant.

The interlocutory appeal is all the proof needed to understand that my lawsuit against Digital has been hijacked by Chubb.  Chubb is the driving force behind the expensive and lengthy appeal now underway.  Digital’s attorney may be aware that their representation is on shaky ground given Digital would have no need to appeal the decision now with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

So why was the decision appealed?
