ALLEGATIONS THAT DIGITAL FALSIFIED, FORGED AND FILED DOCUMENTS LIKELY TO DOOM THEIR DEFENSE

“Investigators are several weeks into determining what occurred when Seyfarth Shaw, on behalf of Digital Realty, falsified a document, forged Somers’ signature, and filed it with the Federal Court.”  A spokesman for Mr. Somers revealed,  “Digital Realty’s attempt to undermine the judicial system has been exposed. What more really needs to be said?  They have been caught red-handed and must now own up to their crimes.”   Digital Realty could not be reached for comment.
