The Solicitor General on behalf of the U.S. Government filed a 64-page brief with The Supreme Court last week indicating that Paul Somers, a former VP at Digital Realty, is entitled to protection under Dodd-Frank.

In conjunction with his journey to Washington D.C. to attend the Supreme Court oral arguments at the end of November,  Paul will publish several posts about actual acts of retaliation he has experienced under the direction of Joshua Mills, General Counsel.  Digital Realty is currently under investigation for SOX related violations and felonies for falsifying and forging documents in Federal Court.
