Digital Realty represents that a single piece of correspondence exists which references a high level VP’s termination up until the day before he was illegally discharged.
ONE EMAIL IS RIDICULOUS
One email to accomplish a termination of a part-time employee is not feasible. For the second in command of the region, it’s impossible considering that Singapore and San Francisco are 8,500 miles apart. Josh Mills leads the legal efforts for Digital Realty. Since Mills is the moral compass for Digital it is surprising to see him overseeing the concealment of documents in violation of Digital’s hallowed code of conduct and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The documents were due a year ago.
ONE EMAIL UNACCEPTABLE TO JURY
Digital, do you expect to sell this idea to a jury of my peers.
ONE EMAIL DENIES A FAIR TRIAL
Digital is likely hiding docs because they if revealed, their Defense, already on shaky ground is gone.

It is a better forum to voice your opinion of Digital Realty without being sued for defamation. That is just my opinion.

Thanks for your concern. I have no concern about being sued for defamation because everything I’ve stated is 100% true. Digital Has never once asked me to retract or remove any statements. I would welcome their lawsuit because it would expose them for what they’ve done and what they continue to do. At the highest levels They are engaged in ethnic and religious discrimination and even And a host of other criminal activities including manipulating DLR for reasons that will surprise everyone.
