Federal Judge Apparently Not Impressed with Digital Realty/Chubb’s Strong Arm Tactics against Somers  

In an unusual move, the judge told Digital lawyers at Seyfarth Shaw to quit wasting the court’s time with frivolous motions and flushed their motion under an unheard of termination. Digital tried to extract $2,650 out of Somers because it’s all they really have left given thier impossible defense.  

This comes on the heals of previous recent losses for the defendant’s lawyers who are lurching at this point with no real strategy.  That’s THREE significant  wins in a row for Somers who is representing himself in court while attending law school, the hard way.
