Remarkably, CBrands suspended all polices and procedures regarding George’s employment termination. No notice, no investigation, no PEP, no termination letter. All policies and procedures were ignored because had they done so it would created a stack of evidence for George to hand to a lawyer. In fact there isn’t a single scrap of paper that even hints at why they did it.
