It’s hard to imagine a judge doing something more horrendous than placing a litigant in the hands of his opponent, especially when his opponents are major corporations with unlimited funds. This is precisely what two federal judges did to Paul Somers.
It’s no secret that Digital Realty is behind the corruption as it has been throughout the litigation process over the last six years. Their is now certainty that the ever expanding Jewish crime ring buys the outcome of lawsuits by bribing federal judges. Digital Realty’s insurance company, Chubb Sponsors the bribery and has their outside counsel, Seyfarth, carry out the crime.
Irrefutable evidence proves that for the last two years of the proceedings in Paul Somers v. Digital Realty Trust and Ellen Jacobs, the defense counsel, Seyfarth, was acting in place of both Judge Edward M Chen and Magistrate Judge Kandis Westmore.
Both judges cut a deal with the defendants that allowed them to step out of the case and secretly let the lawyers at Seyfarth unlawful orders and make fraudulent rulings. The judges had limited involvement but were required to appear in person at hearings. At the hearings they made it even more obvious that they nor their law clerks were involved in the case. Judge Chen told the lead counsel for Digital Realty and Chubb:
once I reset the schedule, um ah, hopefully at that point you’ll move for summary judgment. When the judges delegated their duties to the defense counsel, their law clerks stopped working on the case as idetached from the case in
It’s no surprise to many because Seyfarth is well known for having the sleaziest lawyers in the business.
Seyfarth and the judges carried on with their scheme for nearly two years from Late 2016 until August 2018. Chen and the Defendants are going along as if the case ended when the defendants wrote the order on their own motion for summary judgment. Of course they wrote it in their favor as they hsad the previous 176 orders. The “final judgment” in Paul Somers v. Digital Realty is void because it was procured by fraud.
Order on the Motion for Summary Judgment completed in One Day?
It’s beyond troubling to see Judges Chen and Westmore preying upon the plaintiff, Paul Somers, because he had no lawyer. Mr. Somers was self represented because each time he got a lawyer, Digital Realty’s insurer, Chubb, instructed Brian Ashe of Seyfarth to bribe or coerce them into quitting. Evidence to prove this is in-hand.
What can be proven is that for two years the judges and the defense counsel acted together to put on simulated proceedings to fool Mr. Somers into thinking he was being afforded his due process rights under The Constitution. The judges carried out the scheme with Seyfarth for two years wasting taxpayer money on nothing more than an elaborate ceremony.
Of course the judges had no choice but to attend hearings to make things appear to be business as usual. At those hearings Judges Chen and Westmore made it clear they did not know what was going on in the case.
The judges law clerk’s also stopped working on the case in November 2016. It’s problematic that none of them sounded the alarm when they realized there was no judicial participation in the proceedings. Each law clerk for both judges need to be identified and prosecuted for aiding and abetting the corruption. Remaining silent when a judge engages in crime is being is unacceptable behavior for a law clerk under any circumstance.
Both Chen and Westmore are perfectly aware of the crimes they committed and should voluntarily step down to spare the judicial system and the Northern District from the harm to come from the evidentiary disclosures. It’s doubtful that either one has the integrity needed to step down and admit to their crimes.
For now, the evidence against the judges is being closely guarded. The evidence collected has been thoroughly vetted. Neither judge will be able to provide a plausible explanation to refute the evidence.
Looking at the bigger picture of it proves that Chen and Westmore are clearly in bed with the Jewish mafia that has thoroughly poisoned every aspect of the lawsuit. We can only wonder what are the cases these judges have presided over which have been decided not on their merits but on their money.
You have to wonder has Chen put an innocent person in prison because he was paid to do so? Has he let criminals go free because he the Jewish mafia instructed him to do so?
Neither judge can remain in their current position. Both have an obligation to admit to their crimes and resign immediately. None of their orders are valid and the decision in the case of Paul Somers v. Digital Realty & Ellen Jacobs is simply void.

I filed 47 FBI complaints on his actions, DOJ complaints and GBI and police reports. Then they turn around and retaliate and have false police reports filled on me. He moved in spies in my community and have 24/7 surveillance on me. He wire taps my phone calls and communications and breaks into my email accounts. I have had to change numbers several time and he gets that number and starts harassing me with his partners UPS, FEDx and Amazon and their delivery trucks. He is counsel for the state of GA and Dekalb County in which I reside. He is counsel for both my former employers Jackson National and (REMOVED) Everybody knows what he is doing and yet he continues with impunity. I keep trying to locate an attorney to file charges but that is why they relocated me here to control the cover up. They fired Special Agent Clint Thomas of GBI who was looking onto the case. I have so much evidence. He also harassed other plaintiffs before settling with them who told me what he was doing. They wanted to break me and the other plaintiffs apart and retaliate because I filed the initial complaint. He manipulated my facebook data and submitted it into evidence including adding a bunch of alternative facts that the new counsel used. They are all buddies. The defendants kept changing counsel to cover up the facts and pay off witnesses which he has also done in my case and paid for her to go on a trip to Peru to hide her from the EEOC. Then they had their new allies in the EEOC working with them to manipulate the outcome of the case. I mean I can go on. My facebook is Ivanka Tonya Ford Maatman – which is public. I post his actions on their on a daily basis or when I can. I posted your article and he retaliated and sent it to my counsel. The judge magistrate and his firm worked together on other cases as well as with the defendants. Then my other counsel terminated me during he holiday and I had a short time to find new counsel as the judge magistrate told me they aren’t going to wait for me when we had 7 other people and the EEOC on the case prior. They all settled EEOC vs Jackson National. This was a cover up and the judge ruled for them on summary judgement and ignored all the evidence so we are appealing. It was a fix from the beginning. Gerald L Maatman, Jr is also Harvey Weinstein’s atty as well and my case was a sexual harassment #Metoo case with civil rights and they dismantled it because Seyfarth stays rigging cases. #FACTS
I have basically been investigating Seyfarth and their partner Jerry because the retaliation was nonstop and everyone was pretending that he was innocent in which clearly he is not!!! He has paid off people and been investigating me for years including back ground checks which everyone is aware of.

He has people sitting outside my home and following me when I leave my home. They drive by my home having siren parades using state, county and city govt vehicles. They have cars revving their car engine or honking horns nonstop that are coordinated with the sirens. They have firefighters and paramedics doing loops in my community and harassing me with sirens nonstop. This has been going on since they settled with the others and I denied his damage award of his wife’s birthday. It is the same date on my home selling history. He has worked this premeditated scheme for a while since he rigged the Elliot Spitzer discrimination case. The same cast of characters connected to Donald J Trump had some part in taking down Elliot Spitzer and walla Gerald L Maatman Jr got a multi million dollar case discount just like he did for Jackson National. The judge new the data was fraudulent as I recorded that call and told him and forwarded to my counsel and then the case was moved to the other judge. The magistrate became a judge in 2018 and took over our case that was removed from another magistratre which is mono coincidence. This Sia scam they have been running in the courts for years and getting away with it because he is counsel for the state and other municipalities. I can prove anything and earthing I say and why they keep trying to silence me and have people ignore me. I reported their actions to the inspector general and to the new AG Merrick Garland since my complaint involved Donald J Trump and Bill Barr who were colluding with his atty Gerald L Maatman Jr to harass me as well as rig our case and the other case currently in the EEOC complaint process that was shelved for years. You name it they are doing it and it is happening my employer are insurance carriers as well. They formed a foundation then banded together to continue retaliating against me that I have reported to almost everybody. He is harassing me with tractor trailer trucks from his partners the same trucks that were trailing and blocking me in on the highway heading to meetings.
